Training drills permitted on listed lines

Training drills permitted on listed lines: CREER approved cave training site [2] (A Tunnel, B Tunnel, Mayas Two line to Hostage Hall jump, Dead Zone to the halocline depth change.). Ces catégories sont propres au système de certification mentionné ; elles décrivent la formation requise pour le site.

A cave-diving entrance to the Naranjal-Mayan Blue section of Sistema Ox Bel Ha, used as a designated CREER training site and, since 2020, as the trial cave for an information-rich line-marking system.

Mayan Blue gives access to the Maya Blue section of Sistema Ox Bel Ha; QRSS reported in 2020 that the Regina section connects to Ox Bel Ha through a deep area between the Regina and Maya Blue sections, and CINDAQ credits Jim Coke with early exploration of Naranjal-Mayan Blue. It is a cave-diving site rather than a guided cavern-tour site: it does not appear on CREER's list of cenote levels for single-tank cavern tours.

Several of its lines are approved CREER training locations: the A and B tunnels, the Mayas Two line up to the Hostage Hall jump and the Dead Zone up to the depth change at the halocline.

Since a community vote, Mayan Blue has carried a trial marking system in which arrows show the passage name and the distance to the exit, right-hand jumps are marked with green arrows, left-hand jumps with red arrows, and white arrows mark jump starts and other points. In 2024 the trial arrows were replaced with larger red, green and white arrows, and CREER put extending the system to Ponderosa, Tajma Ha, Jailhouse and Cristal/Naharon to a community vote.
