Emerald Sink
Certified cave divers: Florida State Parks diving rules [1] (Participation limited within each designated area.). これらのカテゴリーは各認定スキームが定めたものであり、そのサイトで必要とされるトレーニングを示しています。
A sinkhole on the Woodville Karst Plain where Florida State Parks allows certified cave divers to dive, one of the few recreational entrances to the Wakulla-Leon Sinks cave system.
Edward Ball Wakulla Springs State Park lists Emerald Sink as one of two places where certified cave divers may cave dive. Its passages have a long exploration history: by 1980 divers had linked four sinks in the Emerald Sink system, and in September 1980 Sheck Exley and Paul DeLoach connected downstream Emerald Sink to Clear Cut Sink.
The park limits the number of divers in each designated area and recommends making arrangements before visiting. It publishes no depth or description for the sink.
環境
