Open water divers (no lights); cavern and cave certified teams may enter the cave: Florida State Parks diving rules [1] [2] (The only site in the park where open water divers are allowed.). These categories are the named scheme's own; they describe the training a site calls for.

A spring-fed sinkhole in Wes Skiles Peacock Springs State Park and the only place in the park where open water divers may dive; certified cavern and cave teams can also enter the cave system here.

Orange Grove Sink is one of the two diving entrances that Florida State Parks allows into the Peacock Springs cave system. The park lists it among its five second-magnitude springs, and it is also a summer swimming spot with a picnic area, grills and a small pavilion nearby.

It is the only water in the park open to open water divers, who may not carry lights. Cavern- and cave-certified teams may use it to enter the cave, within the limits of their training.

The environment
