Dozens of centers along the Masbat and Mashraba waterfront run guided truck-and-walk-in diving at the Canyon, Eel Garden and the Blue Hole's outer reef, with camel-supported trips to Ras Abu Galum. Dahab doubles as a world freediving hub, and technical training on the deep walls is widely available. The Blue Hole's dangerous reputation stems from dives far beyond recreational limits — guided reef routes there are conventional.
Prix: Shore-diving packages price well below boat-based Red Sea towns; per-dive rates fall quickly in multi-dive bundles. Standards vary between centers, so choose on safety practice rather than price alone.
