Barlangkutató Búvár és Természetvédő Társaság

The 2025 research report does not state the system's length; no new passage was found in 2025.

A cave system at Tapolca that includes the Hospital Cave and the Lake Cave. Diving is research-only under a Balaton-Felvidék National Park Directorate permit valid to 2027.

The Tapolca cave system (cadastre number 4450-1) at Tapolca includes the Tapolcai Kórház-barlang (Hospital Cave) and the Tapolcai-tavasbarlang (Lake Cave), which has a section used for boating.

Underwater research is carried out by the Barlangkutató Búvár és Természetvédő Társaság under a permit from the Balaton-Felvidék National Park Directorate. The team's report for the period from 8 September to 31 December 2025 records only two dives: because the cave had not been dived for a long time, they checked the condition of the fixed line, began repairing and replacing lines and markers, and cleaned lamps and removed litter in the boating section. They planned to continue water-quality research with the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2026.

No surveyed length or depth is given in the report, and no recreational diving access is published.
