कैवर्न और केव प्रशिक्षण कैसे संरचित है, हर चरण में क्या अनुमति मिलती है, और इसे सिखाने वाले संगठनों के आधिकारिक कोर्स पेज।
पढ़ना, प्रशिक्षण नहीं है। यहाँ दी गई कोई भी जानकारी किसी qualified cave instructor द्वारा दी गई instruction की जगह नहीं लेती। मिलते-जुलते course names अपने आप समकक्ष नहीं होते: हर organisation अपनी prerequisites और limits खुद तय करती है, और कोई साइट कुछ cards स्वीकार कर सकती है और कुछ नहीं।

सामान्य चरण
1. कैवर्न
प्रवेश द्वार के पास डेलाइट ज़ोन के भीतर, दूरी और गहराई की सख्त सीमाओं के साथ।
2. इंट्रो केव
एक निरंतर गाइडलाइन पर दिन के उजाले से परे पहले कदम, सख्त सीमाओं के साथ।
3. फुल केव
जटिल नेविगेशन (जंप्स, गैप्स, सर्किट) और लंबी, गहरी डाइव्स।
4. एडवांस्ड केव
अन्वेषण-स्तर के कौशल, जैसे सर्वेक्षण, लंबी पेनेट्रेशन और स्टेज्ड गैस।
Sidemount, rebreather, scooter और survey courses इन चरणों के साथ उपलब्ध हैं; names, क्रम और limits organisation के अनुसार अलग-अलग होती हैं।
