読むことはトレーニングではありません。 このサイトの内容は、資格を持つ洞窟インストラクターによる指導の代わりにはなりません。コース名が似ていても自動的に同等とはみなされません。各団体が独自の前提条件と制限を設けており、サイトによって認定カードが受け入れられる場合とそうでない場合があります。
4 ステージ
一般的なステップ
1. キャバーン
入口付近の採光ゾーン内で、距離と深度に厳しい制限があります。
2. イントロケーブ
連続したガイドラインを伝いながら、厳しい制限のもとで自然光の届かない領域へ初めて踏み込むコース。
3. フルケーブ
複雑なナビゲーション（ジャンプ、ギャップ、サーキット）を伴う、より長く深いダイビング。
4. アドバンスケーブ
測量、長距離の奥部進入、ステージドガスなど、探査レベルのスキル。
サイドマウント、リブリーザー、スクーター、測量の各コースもこれらのステージと並んで設けられていますが、名称・順序・制限は団体によって異なります。
