캐번 및 케이브 트레이닝의 구성 방식, 각 단계에서 허용되는 활동, 그리고 이를 가르치는 단체의 공식 코스 페이지를 안내합니다.
읽는 것은 교육이 아닙니다. 이 내용은 자격을 갖춘 동굴 다이빙 강사의 교육을 대체하지 않습니다. 코스 이름이 비슷하더라도 자동으로 동등하지 않습니다. 각 단체마다 자체적인 선수 조건과 제한이 있으며, 사이트마다 인정하는 카드가 다를 수 있습니다.
4 단계
일반적인 단계
1. 캐번
입구 근처 자연광이 닿는 구역 내에서, 거리와 수심에 엄격한 제한을 두고 진행합니다.
2. 인트로 케이브
가이드라인을 따라 자연광이 닿지 않는 구간으로 처음 진입하는 단계로, 엄격한 제한이 적용됩니다.
3. 풀 케이브
복잡한 내비게이션(점프, 갭, 서킷)과 더 길고 깊은 다이빙.
4. 어드밴스드 케이브
측량, 장거리 침투, 스테이지드 가스 등 탐험 수준의 기술입니다.
사이드마운트, 리브리더, 스쿠터, 측량 코스는 이 단계들과 함께 운영됩니다. 이름, 순서, 제한 사항은 단체마다 다릅니다.
