Dumaguete, Dauin & Apo Island

The pairing makes the area unusually complete for photographers, and Dumaguete's flights, hospitals, and restaurants keep logistics painless. It is quiet, inexpensive, and adult in tone, a diver's destination rather than a resort scene.
