Dumaguete, Dauin & Apo Island

It is quiet, inexpensive, and adult in tone, a diver's destination rather than a resort scene.

危险因素: Venomous muck residents (blue-ringed octopus, stonefish, stinging hydroids), silty bottoms that punish poor trim, and current plus chop on the Apo Island crossing and points.
Sanctuary rules are enforced: no gloves, no touching, small groups at Apo. On the sand, stay off the bottom and let guides handle positioning; on Apo's points, follow the current plan briefed on the boat.
