SMS Coln

Coln is the fleet's beauty: the most complete of the four remaining cruisers, lying on her starboard side with bow, anchor capstans, bridge area and stern all present in one continuous, comprehensible ship. Swimming her length from the elegant raked bow past deck guns and davits to the stern feels like touring a museum hull that happens to be 30 m under the Flow. Shoals of saithe hang along the deck edge, anemones crowd every rail, and low visibility only adds theater as sections materialize out of the green. If you dive one German cruiser, this is the one.
