Four weathered rock spires jut from the channel near Norman Island, their profile suggesting a feathered headdress to some early chart-maker, and below the waterline they turn into the BVI's most reliable crowd-pleaser. Gorgonians and cup corals felt the rock faces, a small tunnel and several canyons thread between the towers, and the fish population behaves like it has never been fished: sergeant majors mobbing, blue tangs grazing in herds, tarpon occasionally patrolling the shadows. Snorkelers work the sunlit tops while divers circle the bases, and the whole circuit fits comfortably in a single easy tank.
