Barracuda circle the cone in silver wheels through late summer, big groupers hold the terraces, and dentex and amberjack make hunting passes along the walls. Below 15–20 m the rock disappears under red gorgonians, their fans set across the current, with lobsters and forkbeards packed into the ledges between them.
