Dhigali Haa

Dhigali Haa is Baa's answer to the atoll's manta monoculture — a protected pinnacle dived for sharks and soft coral rather than filter feeders. Gray reef sharks circle the dome's up-current side, barracuda hold in a silver column off the top, and the overhangs blaze with the blue and yellow soft corals that thrive in the lagoon's flow. Jacks strafe the fusilier schools, and the nooks repay a slow lap with nudibranchs and shrimp. It is the dive Baa operators reach for in the clear months when the bay is empty, and it stands on its own merits.
