Hayut Run is the Daymaniyats at their most relaxed: a shallow coral shelf that trails along the western islands and turns any hint of current into a lazy conveyor. Divers drift over gardens where turtles graze with the concentration of librarians, zebra sharks nap in the sand breaks, and eagle rays flap past on their own schedules. Octopus dens punctuate the rubble line, and the shallows above make the safety stop the dive's second act rather than an afterthought - snorkelers on the same trip often hang overhead watching the divers below. Nothing here demands skill beyond buoyancy and attention, which is the point: it is the site guides choose when the day's brief is simply to enjoy the reserve.
