Named for its position off Cockburn Town's old public library, this stretch of the Grand Turk wall is friendlier than its neighbors: a slope rather than a sheer face, ribbed with coral buttresses and bright sand rivers that spill over the edge. The shallows above the lip work as a second dive in themselves, thick with grunts, angelfish, and garden eels, while the deeper buttresses hold groupers and the occasional resting nurse shark. Guides use it as the gentle bookend of a two-tank morning, and its easy topography makes it a natural first taste of the passage-edge diving.
