A natural arch stands proud of the wall like a folly in a formal garden — the gazebo — framing divers against blue for the trip's inevitable portrait. Nearby, a chimney swallows you at the shelf and lowers you through the reef's interior, past sponge-lined walls, to an exit on the vertical face. Between set pieces the wall does its quiet Little Cayman work: crinoids waving from vase sponges, arrow crabs in the crevices, a grouper auditing every diver in turn. Deservedly the bay's most requested site.
