Depth is the range from the top of the site to its usual maximum; "recommended cert" is the mainstream-agency level operators usually ask for, not a legal rule. Currents and visibility change daily — treat everything here as planning ranges.

Caesar's Rocks spreads a village of coral heads across the lagoon floor and lets divers wander the lanes between them. Archways connect one head to the next, soft corals hang from every lintel, and the residents change block by block — a moray here, a wobbegong-flat scorpionfish there, sweetlips idling in the shade. The site tolerates repeat visits because no two routes match; guides shuffle the maze depending on light and surge. Shallow tops make the safety stop a dive of its own, with anthias in the sun and sea kraits threading the coral. It is Beqa's definition of easy diving done well.

The moment you come for: A maze of arches and tunnels; soft-coral doorways in torchlight; unhurried, shallow profiles rich in small finds.

Topography: A field of coral heads and archways on the lagoon floor, honeycombed with swim-throughs

Entry: Lagoon site with multiple moorings; routes improvise among the heads.

Know before you splash

Hazards: Mild surge through the arches on big swells; scorpionfish on ledge hands-rests.

Conservation: Keep gauges clipped and fins high in the passages; the archway corals take decades to replace one careless contact.
