Cornucopia

Cornucopia earns its name by overflowing. The wall descends in stacked terraces and overhangs, every ledge spilling soft corals, sponges, and sea fans, so the face reads less like a cliff than a tiered market stall. Turtles rest on the shelves at improbable angles, Napoleon wrasse make wide inspection passes, and the fan gardens in the twenty-to-thirty-meter band repay slow searches with pygmy seahorses. The reef crest above buzzes at safety-stop depth, sending divers up through clouds of damselfish and anthias to finish. Visibility on Tomia's outer reefs regularly stretches past thirty meters, giving the whole structure a stage-lit clarity. Among a strong local field, it is many guides' pick for the signature wall.

The moment you come for: Tiered overhangs of soft coral; pygmy seahorses in the fan band; long clean visibility.

Topography: Terraced wall with cascading overhangs, ledges, and dense soft-coral growth on Tomia's outer reef.

Current: Gentle drifts along the wall are usual; flow picks up at the corners on bigger tides.

Hazards: Depth discipline on a seductive wall; nothing else of note in normal conditions.
