Menjangan, a deer-inhabited islet inside West Bali National Park, offers the island's calmest wall diving and often its clearest water. Turtles are dependable, garden eels colonize the sandy shelf at the base, and the light on the upper wall in mid-morning makes even modest cameras look talented.
