CJ's Drop Off is the north shore doing its best impression of a big-island wall. The reef flat runs shallow and bright, then simply ends — a clean edge fissured with chimneys you can descend inside, popping out of the rock face over deep blue. Sponges and wire corals take over below fifteen meters, hawksbills work the crevice gardens, and the open water off the wall is prime real estate during whale-shark season, when captains watch for boils on the run out and back. Swell permitting, it is the fun-dive Utila regulars request by name.
